You'll receive an order confirmation. Our delivery partner will send you a shipping confirmation.

*Shipping costs within the Netherlands are:

Orders up to 5,- 3.95
Orders from 5 to 75 6.95
Orders over 75,- FREE


Delivery speed may be affected by our partners' work schedule, especially on weekends and holidays.

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed – especially during peak holiday periods or when a region experiences traffic problems due to circumstances such as strikes.

# Check with your neighbors or local businesses
# Check the outside of your home, the package may have been placed somewhere you can't immediately see it.

Contact us at shop@bfpetfood.nl and provide us with the following information:
# Your order number
# The email address for your order

You will then receive more information via Boekuwzending if the package has been lost.

Is your order damaged?
Please contact us at shop@bfpetfood.nl with the following information:
-A photo of the outside of the box with the label visible
-A photo of the inside of the box to verify whether the damage was caused by a packing problem or clumsy handling
-Photo(s) of all damaged items.

Are there items missing from your order?
Please contact us at shop@bfpetfood.nl with the following information:
-A photo of the outside of the box
-A photo of the packing slip from the box
-A photo of the products you did receive
-Your order number
